Magnetizing after assembly keeps loose magnets from attracting debris and makes handling safer. We build capacitor-discharge magnetizers with pole-matched fixtures, flux measurement stations to verify each rotor, and soldering cells that join Hall sensor boards and phase leads with controlled heat.
