The winding station decides the copper fill, resistance balance and back-EMF of every motor you ship. Our winders use servo-driven needle or flyer motion, programmable wire paths and closed-loop tension so the phase resistance stays inside tolerance shift after shift. Each machine is built around your stator drawing, slot count and wire gauge.
