Agreed specification
Each order starts with a written specification covering part range, cycle time, accuracy and acceptance criteria.
Component selection
We use established brands for PLCs, servo drives, pneumatics and sensors, so spares are easy to find in India.
Factory and site acceptance
Machines are tested against the agreed criteria at our facility (FAT) and again at your plant (SAT).
Built-in quality checks
Our machines check their own work: force curves on presses, turn counts on winders, and test records on every motor.
