Answers to common questions about our BLDC motor machines, trials, delivery and support.
Which BLDC motors can your machines produce?
Outer-rotor motors such as ceiling fan and hub motors, and inner-rotor motors for appliances, pumps, compressors, power tools and automotive uses. Each machine is configured for your stator and rotor dimensions.
Can you wind our sample stators before we order?
Yes. Send us sample stators, wire and your winding data and we will wind trial parts and share the results and video.
How long does it take to build a machine?
Delivery depends on machine type and customisation. Single standard machines are faster than complete lines. We confirm delivery time in our quotation.
Do you supply complete production lines?
Yes. We plan and supply complete BLDC motor lines, including layout, manpower planning, installation and training.
Can one winding machine handle several stator sizes?
Yes, within its size range. Change parts such as mandrels and fixtures are swapped, and a new recipe is selected on the HMI.
What controls and components do you use?
We use established industrial brands for PLCs, servo drives, pneumatics and sensors, selected so spares are available in India. Customer-preferred brands can be specified.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our engineers install and commission every machine and train your operators, setters and maintenance staff.
How do you handle service after installation?
Call or WhatsApp our support number. We solve many issues remotely and send service engineers from our nearest location when needed. Annual maintenance contracts are available.
Can you add traceability to our line?
Yes. We can mark parts with serial numbers or DataMatrix codes and store process and test data for each motor, with export to your MES or ERP.
Do you sign an NDA for our motor designs?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you share drawings.
