MachineHow it works
Built around your stator drawing
Also called a magnet charging machine or magnet charger. Magnetizing after assembly means magnets are handled while still inert, which is cleaner and safer. The power unit charges a capacitor bank and discharges it through a fixture shaped for your pole count, fully saturating each magnet in a single pulse.
Key features
- Capacitor-discharge power unit
- Fixtures designed for pole count and skew
- Charge voltage set by recipe
- Pulse current monitoring
- Integrated flux check option
