Stator Varnish Trickle Impregnation Machine
Heats, trickles resin and cures wound stators on a rotating carousel.
MachineBuilt around your stator drawing
Trickle impregnation drips resin onto a rotating, heated stator so it wicks between conductors and fills the gaps. Compared with dip varnishing it uses less resin, gives better penetration and leaves bores and mounting faces clean.
Key features
- Resistance or induction pre-heating of the winding
- Metered resin dosing per stator
- Tilted rotation for even flow
- Gel and cure zones on the same carousel
- Fume extraction hood
