Machine
How it works

Built around your stator drawing

After winding, a wedge is pushed into each slot opening to close the slot and keep conductors from moving. The machine forms or feeds the wedge, aligns the stator slot and inserts the wedge without damaging the winding.

Key features

  • Formed-paper or pre-cut wedge options
  • Guided insertion blade avoids wire damage
  • Servo slot indexing
  • Wedge length set by recipe
