Stator Epoxy Powder Coating Machine
Coats stator slots and end faces with epoxy powder as insulation instead of paper.
MachineBuilt around your stator drawing
Powder coating deposits an even epoxy layer over slots and end faces, which replaces slot paper on many small BLDC stators. Surfaces that must stay bare are masked, the stator is pre-heated, coated in a fluidised bed and cured.
Key features
- Masking fixtures for bore and OD
- Induction pre-heating
- Fluidised-bed or electrostatic coating
- Controlled curing oven
- Powder recovery system
