Lead Wire Stripping and Tinning Machine
Removes enamel from phase leads and tins them for soldering or crimping.
Built around your stator drawing
Enamelled leads must be bare and clean before they are soldered to a PCB or crimped into a terminal. This station strips the enamel mechanically or thermally to a set length, then dips the lead in a solder pot for a tinned finish.
Key features
- Mechanical or thermal stripping heads
- Adjustable strip length
- Temperature-controlled solder pot
- Fume extraction port
