Magnetizing & Electronics
Magnetic Flux Measurement System
Maps the flux of every pole on a magnetised rotor and flags weak or reversed poles.
All permanent magnet rotors
MachineHow it works
Built around your stator drawing
A Hall probe scans the rotor surface as it rotates and plots flux against angle. The system compares each pole with limits so weak magnets, reversed poles and uneven pitch are caught before the motor is assembled.
Key features
- Rotating scan with Hall probe
- Flux vs angle plot
- Per-pole limits and pole pitch check
- Result stored per serial number
