Stator Winding Tester

Tests resistance, insulation, hipot and surge on wound stators before assembly.

How it works

Built around your stator drawing

Catching a winding fault before the stator goes into a motor saves the rotor, housing and labour that would otherwise be scrapped. The tester connects to the phase leads and runs the full sequence in seconds.

Key features

  • Phase resistance with temperature compensation
  • Insulation resistance and hipot (AC/DC)
  • Impulse (surge) test for turn-to-turn faults
  • Rotation direction check
  • OK / NG with result logging
