Back-EMF and Cogging Torque Tester
Drives the motor and measures back-EMF waveform, constant and cogging torque.
Representative imageBuilt around your stator drawing
Back-EMF shows whether magnets, winding and air gap are right. The motor is driven at a set speed, and the tester records the voltage waveform on each phase, calculates the constant and harmonics, and measures cogging torque at low speed.
Key features
- Servo drive at set speed
- 3-phase waveform capture
- Ke constant, balance and harmonics
- Low-speed cogging torque measurement
