BLDC Ceiling Fan Winding Machine Manufacturer in India
Winding machines for BLDC ceiling fan stators, built in Gurugram: single-spindle and multi-station winders for the outer-slot stator of a BLDC fan motor, and the machines that complete the motor line. Fan makers also call them fan winding machines or BLDC fan making machines.
Why a BLDC fan needs a different winding machine
The stator of an induction ceiling fan is wound with coils that are placed into the slots. A BLDC ceiling fan uses an external-rotor brushless motor: the stator sits in the centre with its slots opening outwards, and each tooth carries its own coil. That coil is wound directly on the tooth by a needle or a flyer, layer by layer, under controlled wire tension. A machine made for induction fan stators cannot do this.
Machines for winding BLDC fan stators
- Outer Stator Needle Winding Machine: Servo needle winder for external-rotor BLDC stators used in ceiling fans, hub motors and cooler fans.
- Multi-Station BLDC Stator Winding Machine: Indexing table winder with 2 to 4 spindles that winds one set of stators while the operator loads the next.
- Flyer Winding Machine: High-speed flyer winder for bobbin coils and segmented stator poles.
- Automatic Stator Winding Line: Fully automatic cell that feeds, winds, terminates and tests stators with a single operator.
The rest of the fan motor line
- Magnet Bonding and Glue Dispensing Machine: Dispenses metered adhesive and places magnets in external-rotor cups and SPM rotors.
- Rotor Magnetizer: Capacitor-discharge magnetizer with pole-matched fixtures for assembled rotors.
- Outer Rotor and Hub Assembly Machine: Assembles the outer rotor, stator, bearings and covers of external-rotor fan and hub motors.
- Rotor Dynamic Balancing Machine: Measures unbalance in two planes and guides or automates correction.
- Stator Winding Tester: Tests resistance, insulation, hipot and surge on wound stators before assembly.
- BLDC Motor End-of-Line Tester: Runs the finished motor and checks current, speed, power, direction and sensor signals.
- BLDC Ceiling Fan Motor Assembly Line: Semi-automatic line from wound stator to tested, packed BLDC ceiling fan motor.
Choosing the machine by output
Tell us how many fans you plan to make per day and in how many shifts. For a new line most makers start with one winding machine and one tester, and add spindles or a second machine as sales grow. The quotation gives the cycle time for your own stator, so the number of machines is worked out from your figures.
What we need to quote
- Stator drawing: outer diameter, stack height and number of slots
- Wire size and turns per tooth
- Connection and lead positions
- Fans per day and number of shifts
- Loading by hand or automatic
Questions about BLDC fan winding machines
Can one machine wind different fan stators?
Yes, with change tooling for each stator. Tell us your models at the start so the machine covers the largest and the smallest.
Do you supply the complete BLDC fan motor line?
Yes. See the BLDC ceiling fan motor assembly line and the page on machines for ceiling fan makers.
We are planning a new BLDC fan factory. Where do we start?
Read BLDC fan manufacturing plant: machines, layout and cost factors, then send us your target output for a plant proposal.
Tell us about your motor
Share your stator and rotor drawings, target output and budget. Our engineers will propose a machine or line layout with cycle time and price.
