Electric Motor Production Line and Assembly Line Manufacturer
We build electric motor production lines for BLDC motors: from bare stator and rotor to a tested, marked motor. Stations are supplied one at a time or as a complete line, built in Gurugram and installed at your plant.
Stations in a motor production line
- Stator winding: needle, flyer and multi-station winders for inner and outer stators.
- Insulation and coil processing: slot paper inserting, wedge inserting, lacing, lead tinning and varnish.
- Rotor production: magnet insertion and bonding, shaft and bearing pressing, hub assembly and balancing.
- Magnetizing and electronics: rotor magnetizers, hall sensor PCB soldering and flux measurement.
- Testing and inspection: stator testers, end-of-line motor testers, back-EMF, noise and leak tests.
- Assembly and automation: motor assembly lines, robotic loading, screw fastening and laser marking.
Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic
The level of automation should follow the output you need. For a new product, a semi-automatic line with operators loading each station is quick to start and easy to change. As volume grows, stations are linked by conveyor and loading is automated.
- BLDC Ceiling Fan Motor Assembly Line: Semi-automatic line from wound stator to tested, packed BLDC ceiling fan motor.
- Fully Automatic BLDC Motor Assembly Line: Robot-served line for high-volume BLDC motors with full traceability.
- Automatic Stator Winding Line: Fully automatic cell that feeds, winds, terminates and tests stators with a single operator.

What we need to propose a line
- Motor type and rating, with stator and rotor drawings
- Output per shift and number of shifts
- Tests your customer requires on each motor
- Floor space available and the number of operators you plan
Questions about motor production lines
How many operators does a line need?
It depends on the output and the level of automation. Our proposal gives the manpower for each option so that you can compare them.
Can the line be extended later?
Yes. Many customers start with the key stations and add conveyors, loading automation and more test stations as volume grows.
Where is the line built?
At our works in Gurugram, Haryana. Each station is proven on your parts before dispatch, then installed and commissioned at your plant with operator training.
