Hub Motor Winding Machine Manufacturer in India
Winding machines for hub motor stators, built in Gurugram, for e-rickshaw, e-scooter and e-bike motors. We also supply the magnet bonding, rotor assembly and test machines that make up a complete hub motor cell.
What is special about winding a hub motor
A hub motor is an external-rotor brushless (BLDC) motor built into the wheel. Its stator is large in diameter, with many slots opening outwards, and it is wound with thick wire, often several wires together, to carry high current. The winding machine has to feed heavy wire under steady tension and lay the turns neatly so that the slot is filled as the design requires.
Machines for winding hub motor stators
- Outer Stator Needle Winding Machine: Servo needle winder for external-rotor BLDC stators used in ceiling fans, hub motors and cooler fans.
- Multi-Station BLDC Stator Winding Machine: Indexing table winder with 2 to 4 spindles that winds one set of stators while the operator loads the next.
- Flyer Winding Machine: High-speed flyer winder for bobbin coils and segmented stator poles.
Machines for the rest of the hub motor
- Magnet Bonding and Glue Dispensing Machine: Dispenses metered adhesive and places magnets in external-rotor cups and SPM rotors.
- Outer Rotor and Hub Assembly Machine: Assembles the outer rotor, stator, bearings and covers of external-rotor fan and hub motors.
- Hall Sensor PCB Soldering Machine: Automatic soldering of phase leads and Hall sensor boards on BLDC stators.
- Stator Winding Tester: Tests resistance, insulation, hipot and surge on wound stators before assembly.
- Back-EMF and Cogging Torque Tester: Drives the motor and measures back-EMF waveform, constant and cogging torque.
- BLDC Motor End-of-Line Tester: Runs the finished motor and checks current, speed, power, direction and sensor signals.

Questions about hub motor winding machines
Can the machine wind with several wires together?
Tell us the wire size and the number of parallel wires. The wire feed and tensioners are sized for your winding, and we confirm it on your sample stator before dispatch.
Do you supply hall sensor and testing stations too?
Yes. Hall sensor PCB soldering, stator testing, back-EMF checks and end-of-line motor testing can be supplied with the winding machine or added later.
Can we see a trial on our own stator?
Yes. Send sample stators, wire and winding data. We run the trial at our works in Gurugram and share the cycle time and results.
Tell us about your motor
Share your stator and rotor drawings, target output and budget. Our engineers will propose a machine or line layout with cycle time and price.
